Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This website is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, fits, sudden weakness or loss of speech, severe injury, or any condition that feels life-threatening, call 112 or 108 or go to the nearest hospital straight away.

By booking an appointment on nexvok.com you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What the service is

2. Priority suggestion

After you book, the system shows a suggested priority and department based on the symptoms you wrote. It is a simple rule-based suggestion to help the clinic organise appointments. It is not a diagnosis and it may be wrong. If you feel worse or worried at any time, do not wait for your appointment.

3. Computer-assisted suggestions (AI)

With your consent, the doctor may use an AI tool to draft ideas for the doctor to review. The AI does not diagnose or prescribe. The doctor makes every decision and is responsible for the advice and prescription given to you.

4. What we ask of you

5. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued by the doctor after the consultation, based on what you told the doctor. Some medicines cannot be prescribed online. The doctor may refuse a prescription if it is not safe to give one without examining you.

6. Fees and cancellations

Fees, if any, will be shown to you before you confirm. Cancellation and refund details, if they apply, will be told to you at the time of booking.

7. Our responsibility

We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for harm that comes from wrong information given by you, from not following the doctor's advice, or from using this website in an emergency. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian law.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
