Why we opened
Nexvok WBHL started in 2021 in two rooms. We had all worked in bigger hospitals in Delhi and kept seeing the same thing. People came in late, paid too much, and left without understanding what was wrong with them.
So we set a flat fee, gave every patient twenty minutes, and put the plan in writing. Four years later most of our patients come because a neighbour sent them.
The building we have been in since 2022.
How we work
Twenty minutes, always
We book fewer patients per session than we could. That is the whole point of the clinic.
Fewer medicines
If a change in food or sleep will do it, we say that instead of writing a prescription.
Prices on the wall
Every fee is printed and stuck near the desk. Nobody has to ask what a visit will cost.
We say when to go elsewhere
Chest pain, pregnancy complications and serious injuries go straight to the hospital, with a letter from us.

Dr Anjali Verma, MBBS, MD. General medicine. Runs the morning session and the diabetes classes.
Dr Rohit Sethi, MBBS. Evening session and home visits. Fifteen years in East Delhi.
Meena Kumari. Nurse. Dressings, injections, blood pressure and sugar checks.
Imran Qureshi. Front desk. He is the voice on the phone and he knows the slots.
